You are aware that a 50% nonrefundable deposit will be required to secure the event on the artist's schedule

You are aware that the remaining balance will be due to the Artists upon arrival to the event.

You are aware that the artist will not begin performance unless all balances have been paid in full prior to performances

You are aware that if your event is more than 90 minutes from Los Angeles, hotel accommodations may be needed in a 3 star hotel, (Holiday Inn express or equivalent)

You are aware that if your event is more than 3hours from Los Angeles, airfare accommodations may be required.
